At Celestetic, I had the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and visibility of the brand through a full range of tailor-made marketing services.

 

Working closely with the internal team, I ensured content creation, art direction and graphic design, while producing high-quality photographs to promote Celestetic's expertise and premium products.

 

A key part of my role was to lead brand management : overseeing new product launches and ensuring their successful marketing.

 

I also managed social media and developed effective marketing strategies to boost sales and increase brand awareness. I coordinated the organization of events to strengthen the connection between the brand, its customers, and its partners, and I developed public relations initiatives to ensure quality media coverage and build strategic partnerships.

 

Every action taken aimed to deliver a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints —physical and digital — and to position Celestetic as a trusted reference in the premium skincare market.

Merlin Entertainments

Merlin Entertainments — Creating immersive family experiences through creative marketing.

 

A 360° strategy to attract, engage and amaze visitors!

 

Working with Merlin Entertainments, a global leader in location-based family entertainment, I developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase visitor engagement and strengthen brand presence, both online and on-site.

 

I designed impactful texts and captivating visuals, designed to appeal to families and tourists, and reveal all the magic of Merlin attractions. This work was embodied by careful artistic direction : creation of business cards, posters, flyers, leaflets and various communication materials, for campaigns and events.

 

To enrich the brand's visual universe, I also produced immersive photos and videos that capture the unique atmosphere of each site and invite visitors to live the experience.

 

I helped design and optimize web pages and digital journeys to ensure seamless navigation, clear information, and a streamlined booking process. To boost awareness and engagement, I developed social media editorial calendars, produced engaging content, and nurtured the community across all platforms. I also planned and implemented targeted email campaigns to retain visitors, boost ticket sales, and promote special offers and seasonal events.

 

At the same time, I helped organize and promote themed events designed to generate media coverage and increase attendance: logistics management, partnership coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure unforgettable experiences. I also managed press relations to maximize positive brand visibility and reach an ever-wider audience. I coordinated and hosted influencers and VIPs on site to ensure the parks gained strong exposure on radio, television and social media.

 

By aligning every channel and every action, I ensured each campaign remained true to Merlin's DNA and generated tangible results in terms of awareness, engagement, and visitor satisfaction. Through this integrated approach, Merlin Entertainments was able to strengthen its connection with its audience and cement its reputation for creating unforgettable family experiences.

Directo Productions

Directo Productions — Creative content that showcases brands, events and artists!

 

Directo Productions entrusted me with the creation and distribution of tailor-made creative content to meet their diverse communication needs and boost their digital presence. My role covered the entire creative process, with a particular focus on graphic design : press kits, posters, flyers, promotional materials, etc. Each element was designed to reflect each client's unique identity and enhance their image.

 

Additionally, I was involved in the design and updating of the website, creating and updating pages to provide a seamless, consistent user experience aligned with the visual identity and objectives of each project. Ensuring the site's relevance and freshness was essential to maintain interest and showcase Directo Productions' expertise.

 

Social media management was another pillar of my work: I developed editorial calendars, wrote and published content, hosted communities, and interacted with the public to maximize the impact of each project.

 

I also designed and launched targeted email campaigns to build customer loyalty and promote upcoming projects. Lastly, I helped coordinate and promote events, creating content before, during, and after the events to maximize visibility and engagement.

 

Thanks to this creative and concrete approach, Directo Productions has been able to offer content that is always fresh, coherent and striking, which creates a real connection between brands and audiences.

Passion Chocolat

Passion Chocolat — Unique creations to enhance Belgian artisanal excellence.

 

Innovate without ever betraying the DNA of an exceptional house.

 

At Passion Chocolat, I contributed to the development of new products in close collaboration with the team of artisan chocolatiers. My role: to imagine, refine, and bring to life original creations, faithful to the brand's identity and the expectations of a loyal and demanding clientele.

 

From idea to launch, I supported each step: concept development, rigorous ingredient selection, packaging design, product positioning and strategic recommendations to ensure perfect alignment between the offering, brand image and customer experience.

 

This mission allowed me to highlight Passion Chocolat's unique expertise while injecting a touch of creativity and modernity to enrich the range, attract new enthusiasts and assert its status as a high-end Belgian chocolatier.

UBU

UBU — Creating connections through impactful content, an optimized digital presence, and engaging events.

 

UBU entrusted me with the content creation and graphic design, which allowed me to develop attractive visuals and materials that reflect the brand's identity while capturing the attention of its target audience.

 

I also designed and launched a completely redesigned website, in order to offer smooth and intuitive navigation, thus strengthening UBU's visibility and credibility on the web.

 

Social media management was an integral part of my role: defining editorial strategies, planning and publishing content, animating the community... Each action aimed to increase brand awareness and stimulate authentic engagement.

 

At the same time, I created and monitored contracts, facilitating clear collaborations and efficient logistical coordination to successfully complete each project. Finally, promoting and organizing events was a key part of my mission. I designed targeted online and offline campaigns to maximize visibility, attract new participants, and strengthen the connection between UBU and its audience.

 

By combining creativity, digital strategy and event dynamism, I helped to anchor UBU as a vibrant and unifying brand, connected to its audience.
